Objective

To train competitive professionals with ethical values, capable of generating value in economic entities through the management of financial, fiscal, and accounting information and the applicable regulations; through technological innovation, leadership, entrepreneurial attitude, visualizing risks, for efficient and socially responsible decision making, guaranteeing financial health and sustainability.

Candidate's Profile

The applicant for the career of a Public Accountant must have graduated from high school with knowledge of Law, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, basic English, general culture, and Research Methodology; skills in comprehension, reasoning, oral and written communication, collaborative and teamwork, problem-solving, analysis and synthesis, adaptation and interpersonal relationships as well as management of information technologies; civic attitude, ethics and values, institutional and professional identity, desire for personal improvement, interest in studying and learning, initiative and creativity to propose innovative, relevant and pertinent proposals, openness to collaboration and exchange of ideas, sense of organization and service attitude.

The Public Accountant graduate has the knowledge to prepare, analyze and evaluate accounting and financial information based on national and international regulations in force, to make decisions according to the needs of entities in globalized environments; uses information technologies, and possesses personal, interpersonal and communication skills to propose and implement with leadership, critical thinking, professional judgment and solution of complex problems, the application of values, ethics and professional attitudes.

The Public Accountant can develop in national and international economic entities, assuming leadership positions that mark the work of Public Accounting, as a financial and business advisor in the fundamental areas of his profession: Accounting, Finance, Tax, Costs, Auditing and management in the different sectors: private, public and independent.
