Objective

To train Social Work professionals competent in the promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation of individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities with social and health problems at the local, regional and national levels through research, planning, and implementation of professional intervention strategies and inter and multidisciplinary teams, aimed at improving the quality of life within the framework of current public policies, with an analytical attitude, social commitment, professional and humanistic ethics; through a flexible, innovative curriculum, focused on learning, with opportunities for development in different scenarios and a praxis linked to social development.
