Program objectives

The main objective of the PMTA is to train specialized human resources, through research, capable of participating in multidisciplinary groups dedicated to innovative solutions to scientific and technological problems that arise in the globalized world. The master’s in advanced technology must show capacity as an interlocutor between the academic and productive environments in the solution of these problems, and thus contribute, mainly, to the generation and communication of new knowledge that is relevant in the technological development related to engineering and science applied to dynamic systems and materials with reduced dimensionality.
