Program objectives

To train highly qualified personnel to perform academic work at the undergraduate and graduate levels in areas related to the program such as pharmacology, biochemistry, and physiology, among others, to meet the educational commitment that the population demands at the local, regional, national, and international levels. In addition, the training of such personnel will have the capacity to meet the commitment of the public sector and public services or the private sector (pharmaceutical industry primarily).To offer courses of specific purpose that contribute to the diverse programs of postgraduate studies that are taught in this section of postgraduate studies and research and other schools of the institute, or to consider them as refresher courses for interested professionals in the area. To train highly competitive human capital capable of generating, transmitting, and applying scientific and technological knowledge in the pharmacological area to contribute to the economic, social, and political development of our country. Contribute to the formation of high-level human capital with ethical values, capable of improving the quality of life of the population, generating technological innovation, and being part of the sustainable development of the country.
