Program objectives

  • Diagnose the cause of death, after an autopsy and provide data to differentiate between homicide, suicide, accident, and non-violent death.
  • Make the legal classification of injuries according to the current penal code.
  • Assist the competent authorities in the so-called sexual crimes.
  • Recognize the different drug addictions from the clinical point of view.
  • Recognize the different mental states with legal implications, to channel them to the forensic psychiatrist.
  • To assist the authorities in cases of professional responsibility.
