Program objectives

To train highly qualified human resources to independently conduct original and innovative research in food science and technology, joining consolidated groups or forming national or international research and teaching groups, developing foods that incorporate novel nutritional principles, as well as studies and research on these, contributing to the development of innovative technologies and improvement of existing ones.
