The Computer Systems Technician career seeks to provide a diversified educational offer to innovate teaching and learning practices, optimize resources, and contribute to training with the use of ICT.

In addition, it seeks to develop through quality content the improvement of personal and professional development of technicians, increasing skills and knowledge, allowing the NMS to be a professional trained to collaborate in the optimization and processing of information by addressing the technologies corresponding to hardware and software.

Professional Competences

• Develops practical systems through the analysis, interpretation, and programming of electronic devices for the implementation of automation and process control applications.
• Analyzes the different types of industrial control and instrumentation systems for the selection, implementation, fault detection, and execution of automated processes including industrial robotics.
• Provides preventive and corrective maintenance to hardware and software of computer equipment, correctly using the tools required to achieve quality work.
• Implements local area, wired and wireless networks according to specifications and standardized norms such as:
  • Computer networks and mixed networks.

To enroll in the Middle Highschool with Technical Studies, Non-School and Mixed modalities, the requirements established in the call of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional must be complied with. Once the results are published, the applicant must complete the enrollment process as mentioned in the call.
