The Directorate of Business Services and Technology Transfer, through the Department of Management Systems and Labor Competencies, offers training and refresher courses to the IPN community as well as to the public, mainly SMEs, in order to strengthen the competencies of their personnel.

Virtual and face-to-face modality according to the protocols of the Ministry of Health (maximum groups of 15 people).
In the classrooms of the Directorate of Business Services and Technology Transfer.
At the facilities of the organization that requests it (according to the protocols of the Ministry of Health).

Step 1: Send an email to gdcalidad@ipn.mx to request a payment reference number which must be attached to the reason or concept of payment.

For academic reasons, it is only possible to receive between 7 and 15 people per workshop.
You will obtain a certificate issued by the IPN-DSETT with the seal and signature of its owner, with the registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) printed on it, and if required, the DC-3 form can be signed and stamped.
In case of requiring invoice, make the request in the same email where the evidence of the deposit was sent, sending the tax identification card to which you wish to invoice, it is important to mention that this procedure requires several days of management with the different areas involved, so we ask for your patience for delivery.
